Like comfort food! Rich and malty black teas with a great spicy kick. A great alternative to the overly sweet concoctions out there.
Ingredients: Black tea, ginger, cardamom, cinnamon, clove, black pepper, nutmeg.
Hot: Whisk powder with a small amount of milk first to make a smooth paste. Then add the rest of the milk and whisk until smooth.
Cold: Combine milk, powder and some ice cubes in a blender. Mix until smooth.
